Moksha is the Sanskrit word for ecstasy and liberation. What does this have to do with Svaroopa® yoga?
The reason most people go to yoga class is because they are in terrible physical or emotional pain or they want to experience some kind of pleasure. Svaroopa® yoga can help reduce or even eliminate physical and emotional pain and because of this, you may experience some kind of pleasure. By quieting the chatter in your mind, you may also experience pleasure at the end of class in the final Shavasana (relaxation pose). However, Svaroopa® yoga is about transcending both physical pain and pleasure, it is about finding your core essence and functioning from that place inside, outside of the yoga room. As my teacher, Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati says, “Yoga is about finding your inner source. It is about discovering how to live in the feeling of inner fullness all of the time”. As you learn to live in that place, you begin to experience ecstasy and liberation on a daily basis!
Come take a class and experience how Svaroopa® yoga can change your life. When you sign up for a series of classes, you will receive a 10% discount. Don’t you deserve feeling ecstasy and liberation?
